REGISTRATION FEES
Fees on the Registration and Accommodation Form will be listed and charged in US$ and will apply to payments received by the indicated deadlines.

A free shuttle bus will take SOCS participants attending the joint ICAPS-SOCS session to the SOCS venue in Ein Gedi on Thursday afternoon.

Payment Method
Payment of registration fees (in US$) can be made in one of the following ways:
Credit Card
Visa/Diners; Master Card/Eurocard; American Express. The full amount will be charged as of April 6, 2015 (after the early registration deadline). Charges will be made by Diesenhaus-Unitours Incoming Tourism (1998) Ltd.

- Please ensure that the name of the Conference and the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
- Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
- A copy of the bank transfer should be sent to meetings@diesenhaus.com
Commitment – Payment by employer for Israeli participants only
Israeli participants who select “Commitment” MUST send an official “Purchase Order” from their company/institution made out to: Diesenhaus-Unitours Incoming Tourism Ltd. (VAT #512670688) Conventions Department 3 Hamelacha Street, Tel-Aviv 61571The Purchase Order should be sent to: Diesenhaus-Unitours meetings@diesenhaus.com or by fax to +972-3-5610152 stating the amount and services covered. The summary printout of the on-line Registration and Accommodation Form should be enclosed.
Please note: Forms submitted with no payment details, will not be processed. Registration will be confirmed only if full payment has been received.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Conference Secretariat: Diesenhaus-Unitours – Convention Department: meetings@diesenhaus.com
Refunds of registration fees will be made as follows: Cancellations received by May 7, 2015 – full refund, less US$ 50 handling fee Thereafter – no refund
